He is experienced in developing client feedback information systems using channels such as SMS, USSD, IVR. He also has mastery in the implementation of client feedback systems using RapidPro as a technology.
He is skilled in administering servers for information systems deployment and hosting, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of critical health information systems.
Milton is an expert in Java, JavaScript, web technologies (HTML/CSS, LAMP stack, PostgreSQL), and JavaScript frameworks (Angular, ReactJs).
He is skilled in working with REST Web APIs, JSON, and developing custom applications using DHIS2 Web API.
