Liberia HFA Phase 1 and 2; Liberia DQR and Kenya DQR & modified HFA in 2016/2017

The HEFDC formerly registered as HEDC provided Technical Assistance (TA) to the Ministry of Health Liberia to conduct an HFA; this entailed providing support and on-the-job capacity building. The TA for Kenya Ministry of Health was to provide support in conducting the DQR and modified HFA; and also, to conduct granting on-behalf of the Global Fund (GF) this involved staged disbursement of $231,980 to the MoH, and ensuring proper funds accounting and reporting is done by the MoH.

Sub Saharan Africa: Integrated Community Case Management (iCCM) Special Study in 2017

The HEFDC (HEDC) conducted a complex mixed study in 18 Sub-Saharan African (SSA) Countries to review the scale up and access. The study documented Successes, lessons learned, best practices, and challenges; and provided recommendations/suggestions.
